Core Facilities

CPRIT core facility support awards (CFSA) foster cancer research in Texas by providing financial support for a wide variety of projects relevant to cancer research. Projects (laboratory, clinical, population-based, or computer-based) directly support cancer research programs to advance knowledge of the causes, prevention and/or treatment of cancer or improve quality of life for patients with and survivors of cancer. CPRIT investments in core facilities assures that cancer researchers have access to the most up-to-date technologies needed for cutting-edge cancer research.
